Academia provides IT services to over 10,000 schools and 300 colleges and universities across the UK. I have been working as a full-time in house Creative Designer for them for 2 years. At Academia, I've not only worked on many web projects, but have also created rolled-up banners, flyers, magazine and stand designs to expos.
