Working for Orbus has been a life changing experience and a great opportunity to show my work and how my work as a team makes a difference.
During my time at Orbus I built, developed and designed for different areas of their web space. Since a lot of information is confidential, I will try and summarise the last 3 years. These are the main areas I worked at:
Orbus is the leading provider of software for big enterprises and this software is meticulously studied again and again to provide the best user experience. At my current role, I am responsible for ensuring a good user experience on the company’s Ecosystem. During my time with Orbus, I have redesigned the website and the UX for the company's main product called iServer365.
For the iServer365 redesign project, I was tasked with reviewing and updating the application’s ecosystem website. The main changes were made to facilitate interaction and collaboration within the users being that in the form of Q&A forum, detailed knowledge base and a video library.
Another part of the project was to create a solution to support the sales team in interacting with new and old leads.
As part of the UX research process we did group interviews, web surveys and also used customer feedback to develop the 3 distinct products.
From first sketches to rich prototypes, we used Figma because of the collaboration capabilities. After the approval of C-Suite, we started to produce it.
Here are a few examples of how the UI looked on Figma and how it looks now live on the website. Specifically the company’s ecosystem, one of the options for the Navigation menu and numerous landing pages. For copyright reasons, I can’t show images of the iServer365 here on my website.
The company wanted a new website that was fast and agile. The new usage of svgs and svg animations complemented with smart css and java, managed to significantly improve performance enabling us to reach the proposed goal.
Several illustrations had to be remade to follow the new design style. At Orbus I remade main images and infographics to be used on our vast knowledge base.
